Year 13 Psychology

We were looking at face recognition and the processes involved. Also whether we use internal or external features to describe a face. I thought I would teach the same lesson as when I didn’t have iPads to see if the process of using them in lessons was an easy transition, whether I could teach a lesson without having to create new resources.
I was pleasantly surprised. I had to alter my instructions slightly, but this did mean that the students looked up images of familiar faces and added them to their notes.
I think the iPad worked well in this lesson. The students didn’t cover as much information as I would have liked however once they are used to the iPads I think they will be quicker in completing tasks.
